2. Attend an eligible postsecondary institution as defined;
3. Be enrolled at least half time in a career vocational-technical
program or an associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree program;
4. Be, or plan to be, a student, in academic good standing as defined
by the institution you attend, during the loan period;
5. Not have a status at the time of application for a loan, or disbursement
of the funds, that would prevent you from repaying the loan as it becomes due;
6. Not have a credit history that demonstrates chronic inability or unwillingness
to pay an extension of credit (For PLUS Loans);
7. Within the preceding five years not have had a student loan written off
for any reason except for discharge in bankruptcy.
