NTHEA is a private non-profit organization chartered in 1978. NTHEA serves as a secondary market for Texas lending institutions and contracts with its own in-house servicer, Higher Education Servicing Corporation (HESC), to administer its program. The mission of NTHEA is to assure consistent and long-term borrower access to the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) by providing capital and liquidity for its lenders. Through our available tools and resources, we provide the necessary services to adequately support your customer and administrative needs.
